A letter from the president
To talk about the future of Bold, it is essential to remember where we came from.
It all began more than 25 years ago, with a dream of building a business that I shared with my parents, Arlindo Benedito and Maria Goreti Sebold, and with my wife, Nadia Raquel Minelli Sebold.
In August 2001, at the back of my parents’ house in Jaraguá do Sul (SC), we started a journey marked by hard work, family values, and a great deal of determination. What began small is today a Brazilian multinational and a benchmark in South America for acrylic, polycarbonate, ACM, PETG, PVC, polystyrene, and engineering plastics.
From the very beginning, we have believed in the power of people. Employees, customers, and suppliers are an essential part of our journey. Our culture is lived out every day by our leaders and by the Bolders, as we fondly call our team. That unity allowed us to build a company with solid, sustainable growth, closely connected to the needs of the market.
Today, with a presence in Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Mexico, and China, we continue to expand across the industrial, construction, and visual communication sectors. Our commitment is to create opportunities, foster professional and personal growth, and strengthen the communities where we operate.
We are proud to see internal talent taking on strategic positions at our subsidiaries, reflecting how we value people in every achievement. We remain open to new ideas, to diversity, and to inclusion, moving forward as an increasingly global company.
Our purpose is clear: to contribute to the growth of people and of the world. Because at Bold, ’the world inspires us’.”
