Technical specifications

PEEK (Polyether Ether Ketone) is a high performance engineering thermoplastic from the semi-crystalline polymer family, developed for applications that demand high mechanical, thermal and chemical performance. It is widely used as a metal replacement in severe industrial environments.
It offers excellent dimensional stability, even under high temperatures and continuous loads, as well as a low coefficient of friction and high wear resistance. Its molecular structure ensures consistent performance in critical applications, including contact with aggressive chemical agents, radiation and sterilisation processes.
PEEK is compatible with high precision machining processes, allowing the manufacture of complex technical parts with tight tolerances and a high level of reliability.

Advantages

PEEK offers an extremely high performance solution for industrial applications that demand extreme resistance, precision and operational reliability, even under severe conditions.
Its ability to replace metals contributes to weight reduction, less component wear and increased system efficiency.
