Technical specifications

Produced in polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) with the use of recyclable components and processes aimed at reducing environmental impact. It maintains the mechanical and optical properties of conventional acrylic, with equivalent technical performance where there is no climatic requirement and high luminance. Its performance is suitable for indoor projects.

Available in thicknesses between 1 mm and 15 mm, the material has an approximate density of 1.19 g/cm³ and light transmission of up to 92% in colorless versions. It has good impact resistance and stable thermal behavior between –40 °C and 80 °C.

Compatible with laser cutting, CNC milling, thermoforming, polishing and gluing, it allows interior applications while maintaining dimensional stability and uniform finish.

Advantages

Eco Acrylic preserves the technical and visual properties of conventional acrylic in indoor applications, with a lower environmental impact. Its composition supports a wide range of uses in projects aligned with environmental criteria, while maintaining consistent performance and a high-quality finish.

It offers dimensional stability and performs well in production processes, delivering reliable results for interior architecture, design, and visual communication solutions.

Usage Recommendations

• Store the sheets in a covered, dry place protected from direct sun exposure before installation.
• Avoid excessive or improper stacking that could cause deformation.
• During transport, ensure full support of the sheets, preventing bending and impacts.
• For outdoor use, it is recommended to evaluate other products appropriate for high weather exposure.
• During installation, use fastening systems compatible with PMMA, respecting the clearances for thermal expansion.
• The use of adhesives and profiles suitable for avoiding localized stresses is recommended.
• Periodic cleaning should be done with water and neutral detergent, using soft cloths.
• Avoid abrasive products, aggressive solvents or stiff brushes.
