Polycarbonate
Multiwall Polycarbonate
Multiwall Polycarbonate was developed to balance natural light, thermal comfort and structural lightness. It is a material that works intelligently, filtering light and helping to create more pleasant, functional and eco-friendly spaces. Ideal for roofing, sheds and enclosures that seek technical efficiency without giving up visual harmony.

Technical specifications
It is produced in thermoplastic polycarbonate with an internal cell structure forming longitudinal channels, creating a layer of air responsible for the thermal and acoustic performance of the material.
The approximate density is 1.2 g/cm³, resulting in lightweight panels that are easy to transport and install.
The passage of natural light can be adjusted according to thickness and colour, allowing different levels of luminosity and visual comfort.
The panels receive UV radiation treatment on one of their faces, reducing the wear caused by sun exposure.
The material remains stable across a wide thermal range, operating between –40 °C and 120 °C, even in environments subject to temperature variations.
Advantages
Multiwall Polycarbonate contributes to more balanced environments through its thermal performance and the efficient management of natural light.
The material helps reduce heat exchange, helping to maintain comfort throughout the year and reducing dependence on artificial climate control.
At the same time, its excellent light transmission makes it possible to take advantage of natural lighting during the day. Its resistance to impact and solar radiation ensures durability even in more exposed areas.
Because it is recyclable, it also supports projects with lower environmental impact.

Usage Recommendations
• The panels must be stored horizontally, in a covered place protected from moisture and sunlight.
• Keep the ends of the flutes sealed to prevent the entry of dust, insects or water.
• During transport, support the entire length of the panels, avoiding bends and twists.
• When installing, position the UV protected face towards the outside.
• Use fixing systems that allow for the thermal expansion of the material.
• Cleaning should be carried out with water and neutral detergent, using soft cloths or sponges.
• Avoid aggressive and abrasive chemical products.
