Technical specifications
It is manufactured from polycarbonate resins in solid sheets with a homogeneous structure, without internal cells, which ensures greater rigidity and excellent optical clarity.
The approximate density of the material is 1.2 g/cm³, offering light weight compared with glass, together with high impact resistance.
Natural light transmission is high and can vary according to thickness and colour, allowing different levels of luminosity and visual control.
The sheets receive UV radiation treatment, reducing the degradation caused by sun exposure and preserving their appearance over time.
The material maintains stable performance across a wide thermal range, operating between –40 °C and 120 °C, even under intense weather variations.
Advantages
With resistance 250 times greater than glass, Solid Polycarbonate combines high impact performance with high transparency, creating safe and visually clean surfaces for use in facades, shop windows and roofing.
Its ability to allow natural light in favours brighter environments and reduces the need for artificial lighting throughout the day.
The UV radiation treatment preserves the appearance of the sheets, preventing yellowing and premature wear even in exposed areas.
With superior performance against weather variations and a long service life, it offers versatility for different shapes, functions and scales of application in architectural, commercial and industrial projects.

Usage Recommendations
• The sheets must be stored in a covered, dry and ventilated place, on flat and level surfaces.
• Protect the material from direct sunlight and heat sources before installation.
• During transport, support the entire length of the sheets to avoid bending and impacts.
• When applying, use fixing systems that allow for the thermal expansion of the polycarbonate.
• Use compatible profiles and sealants to avoid stress and infiltration.
• Cleaning should be carried out with water and neutral detergent, using soft cloths.
• Avoid solvents, abrasive products and stiff brushes.
