EasyBold ACP

The Easybold Compound Aluminum Panel consists of two aluminum sheets and a low density polyethylene core, laminated through a sophisticated collage process that involves high temperature chemical adhesives, with a total thickness of 3mm. The paint used is through the Coil Coating Polyester process, in gloss and matte options, with high durability and excellent color uniformity. In addition to the beauty stands out for the wide range of colors and textures available.

Maintenance

-The Easybold and Engebold panels are fully recyclable materials, their main material is aluminum that can be removed and used to produce new materials.

To wash surface with water and mild detergente

To rinse with clean water

To use outdoor drying

To use isopropyl alcohol to remove silicone compounds and greases

Do not use turpentine and acidic products that may cause blisters and gloss loss

Installation and Storage

Easybold Compound Aluminum Panel installation varies by design, is possible either to do chemically, through double-sided tapes and specific “primer” to ACP, or mechanically, through the process of making trays with machining and folding for fixing with screws in auxiliary structures, usually aluminum or carbon steel painted.

To preserve possibles damages on the materials before installation, they must be stored horizontally and used on pallets to avoid bends or warps.

The protective film is intended to prevent material damage during handling and transport and must be removed after installation.

Application

ACP has several lining applications, such as internal and external walls, beams and pillars, tunnels, vehicles, and machinery and equipment in general. It can also be used as a cover and decoration for displays, billboards and visual communication signs.
