PETG can be screwed, hot stamped, thermoformed, machined, painted, polished and even cold bent – all without chipping, whitening, cracking or deforming the material. It is a light and non-toxic material; one of the few thermoplastics that has no plastic memory after a compression bend.

Low cost application to replace acrylic or polycarbonate.
Suitable for the manufacture of displays, backlights and front lights, internal signs, POS materials, molded parts, product packaging, dummies, urns, food containers, industrial helmets and industrial safety equipment.

Extra Information

PETG’s composition makes it 15 to 20 times stronger than acrylic. Despite having high impact resistance, any surface scratches can be repaired with a hot air gun.
